Approach

I use an integrative approach to psychotherapy. The integrative approach involves selecting techniques from different therapeutic orientations best suited to a client’s particular problem. The integrative approach to therapy allows me to customize therapy to an individual. It also helps me to holistically view the client’s needs.

Cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and systems therapy techniques are mostly used to customize therapy to individuals’ needs.
